Study production process and design the process flow for production in order to produce the product out with good quality Study and improve quality and cycle time for casting, molding, surface finishing of semi-finished product in order to supply in good quality within cycle time allowance Study process parameters to ensure all the parameters are optimum and the products are produced with good quality Establish standard Work Instruction and standard process parameters for all process refer to the process flow chart as for standardize practice Adjust/improve production process in case of non-conformity is generated from unsuitable processing Closely interact and communicate with QA/QC team to ensure the product are free from defective including to improve the product quality continuously Monitor, evaluate and analyze effectiveness and efficiency of production processes to ensure continuous improvement Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for all quality issue including to find corrective and permanent actions to prevent from recurrence Import training/coaching to frontline operators and all concerned people to ensure their working procedure is complied per the defined work instruction

Receive complaints from customers through the sales department. Follow up and resolve customer complaints immediately. Check the use of measuring tools. and testing machines for inspection, quality control, and production in each process. Analyze and collect data on causes of work breakdowns each month for statistical analysis. Ready to find systematic solutions. Summary of monthly quality inspection and control results presented to management. Create a quality management system according to ISO9001:2015 standards.

Responsible for managing all systems within the factory. Able to manage work in accordance with policy of the company as specified Supervise employees in the factory section of not less than 200 people. Manage work planning, work analysis, work follow-up, and supervise engineering work, production work in accordance with the company's set KPIs Plan strategies and improve the production process to work quickly and reduce waste from the production line to meet the company's requirements. Responsible for Electrical Engineering by directly coordinate with Electrical Engineering Dept (EED) office to ensure product quality and efficiency Responsible for lighting calculation and testing with Electrical Engineering Dept (EED) To check and confirm correctness of Drawing and Wiring Diagram before using for production and assembly process Control and monitor work procedure regarding assembly of Finished Goods to ensure that the product is complied per international standard Control and monitor work procedure regarding inspection and testing of Finished Goods to ensure that the product comply per international standard Handle customer complaints regarding quality issue including to analyse and take immediate actions and response back to Sales/customer Prepare Test and Inspection Record for Finished Goods/Product of Alloy including to check the correctness of the performance to comply per international standard Establish standard Work Instruction and standard procedure regarding Electrical Engineering for Assembly operators for understanding/awareness according to laws®ulations To work in another Dept./Sect as assigned To support per special project as assigned by top management to achieve Organization's KPI Others, as assigne

Design and develop products (especially LED lighting products) from concept through to prototype. Prepare specifications, drawings, catalogues, and related documentation. Coordinate with relevant teams (e.g., CAD/CAM, Production) to support product development. Test products, analyze results, and implement improvements to meet required standards. Handle certification processes for standards (e.g., ATEX, IECEx). Monitor and update relevant standards, including ensuring the readiness of testing equipment.
