ควบคุม ดูแล และบริหารงานก่อสร้างในหน้างานให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานให้เป็นไปตามแบบและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด วางแผนการทำงานรายวัน และมอบหมายงานให้ทีมช่าง/แรงงาน ควบคุมการใช้วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และแรงงานให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ประสานงานกับวิศวกร ผู้รับเหมา และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าในไซต์งานอย่างรวดเร็วและเหมาะสม ตรวจสอบและดูแลเรื่องความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน (Safety) รายงานความคืบหน้าของงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานติดตั้ง ( Installation Coordinator )

ควบคุมงานติดตั้งพื้น epoxy และ พื้น PU ใหเป็นไปตามารตรฐานของผู้ผลิต บันทึก และตรวจสอบการใช้วัสดุ บันทึก และรายงานสภาพแวดล้อมในการติดตั้ง ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ติดตั้ง วางแผนงานติดตั้ง ประสานงานกับลูกค้า รวมถึงผู้หรับเหมาก่อสร้างหลัก (main contractor) และผู้รับเหมาช่วงอื่นๆ เพื่อให้การดำเนิงานติดตั้งพื้น Epoxy และพื้น PU เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น - ตรวจสอบคุณภาพพื้นก่อนส่งถึงมือลูกค้า

ควบคุมงาน โครงสร้าง งานติดตั้ง บริหารทีมงานให้ปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงาน โครงสร้าง งานติดตั้ง ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ควบคุมดูแลการใช้งบประมาณให้มีประสิทธิภาพ วางแผนงาน ควบคุม ประสานงานให้เป็นไปตามแผน

วิศวกรตรวจสอบคุณภาพผลงาน (QA/QC)

ตรวจสอบงาน เช่น งานดิน ฐานราก เสา คาน พื้น ผนัง คลส. เหล็กเสริม แบบหล่อ Embedded และ Covering ให้ตรงตามแบบและ Specification ดำเนินการ Inspection ตาม ITP และ Checklist ตรวจสอบตามรายการ และ ถ่ายภาพ /Clip VDO ตรวจพบและควบคุมงานที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด เช่น เหล็กผิดตำแหน่ง Cover ไม่ได้, แบบล้มดิ่ง, Honeycomb, Cold Joint หรือ Dimension ผิด ฯลฯ พร้อมออก NCR และติดตามการแแก้ไขจนจบ (Close) จัดทำบันทึกและรายงานคุณภาพ เช่น Inspection Checklist, NCR, Test Report, Concrete Report, Inspection Photo และ สรุปสถานะปัญหาคุณภาพ

วิศวกรไฟฟ้า

จัดทำแผนงานรายการแบบ ดูแลควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามแผน ส่งมอบงานลูกค้าประจำเดือน และทำเบิกผลงาน รายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานประจำเดือน เทียบกับแผนงาน ประสานงานและจัดการเอกสารกับลูกค้าและฝ่ายอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ควบคุมดูแลทรัพย์สิน และค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ในหน่วยงาน พัฒนา และสอนงานผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา

Project Manager (Infrastructure & Data Center) - English or Chinese Speaking

Lead and manage construction projects from project initiation through completion and handover. Develop and control project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and construction progress to achieve project objectives. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, Planning, Contracts, and Subcontractors. Monitor project cost, productivity, quality, safety, and risk, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, company standards, and applicable regulations. Review construction methods, shop drawings, technical submissions, and project execution plans. Manage project stakeholders including clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and timely decision-making. Resolve technical and contractual issues while maintaining project milestones and client satisfaction. Prepare project reports, forecasts, progress updates, and executive presentations for management. Lead project commissioning, testing, final inspection, and project handover activities. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards throughout project execution.

Commissioning Manager - English or Chinese Speaking

Master Cx Plan: Develop, review, and approve the project-specific Master Commissioning Plan, ensuring alignment with owner project requirements (OPR) and basis of design (BOD). Script Writing & Approval: Author and validate highly detailed, step-by-step testing scripts for Level 4 (Functional Performance Testing) and Level 5 (Integrated Systems Testing). Failure Mode Testing: Design specific "blackout" and component-failure scenarios (e.g., sudden loss of utility power, generator failure to start, chiller loop isolation) to test system redundancy and automated failovers. Vendor Coordination: Direct third-party commissioning agents (CxA), equipment vendors, and MEP contractors to ensure execution schedules align perfectly with the construction critical path. Level 4 (FPT): Oversee individual system testing, including load bank testing of UPS systems and generators, hydrostatic testing of cooling loops, and point-to-point validation of BMS/EPMS controls. Level 5 (IST): Lead the execution of the Integrated Systems Testing. Serve as the central commander on the floor during full-load heat load testing (using server simulators/thermal blocks) to validate the entire ecosystem under peak load. De-snagging & Field Logs: Maintain and manage the master commissioning issue log. Categorize deficiencies by severity and drive prompt resolution with contractors. Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Lead technical investigations into equipment failures or unexpected system behaviors during energized testing phases. Documentation Management: Compile, review, and organize all final commissioning reports, factory test data, certified scripts, and O&M documentation for asset handover.

Qc & Qa Manager - English or Chinese Speaking

Develop, implement, and maintain the project quality management system (QMS). Establish and enforce Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), quality procedures, and checklists. Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications. Lead and supervise the QA/QC team, including engineers and inspectors, across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works. Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality standards. Manage and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and third-party laboratories on quality matters. Prepare and submit quality reports, records, and documentation as required by the contract. Ensure materials and workmanship comply with international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, EN, ISO) or Thai standards. Support project handover by preparing as-built documentation and final quality dossiers. Provide training and guidance to site teams to improve quality awareness and compliance. Ensure integration of quality requirements with safety (HSE) and environmental management systems.

QA QC Civil / MEP Inspector Construction English or Chinese speaking

-ตรวจสอบงานโยธาในไซต์งาน เช่น งานดิน งานคอนกรีต งานเหล็กเสริม งานโครงสร้าง งานถนน/พื้น/สะพาน -ตรวจสอบให้มั่นใจว่างานเป็นไปตามแบบก่อสร้าง รายการคำนวณ และ Specification -ตรวจสอบคุณภาพวัสดุที่นำมาใช้ในงานโยธา เช่น คอนกรีต เหล็ก ดิน ถมวัสดุ -ร่วมเป็นพยาน/ตรวจสอบการทดสอบ (Field Test, Lab Test) ของวัสดุและงานโยธา เช่น slump test, cube test, compaction test -ติดตามคุณภาพการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาและรายงานผลการตรวจสอบต่อวิศวกรโครงการ -จัดทำรายงานการตรวจสอบ (Inspection Report) และ NCR (Non-Conformance Report) หากพบงานไม่ตรงตามมาตรฐาน -ประสานงานกับที่ปรึกษา (Consultant) และทีมงานโครงการในการนัดตรวจงาน -เก็บรักษาและจัดการเอกสารคุณภาพ (Quality Records) เพื่อใช้ในการตรวจสอบและส่งมอบงาน -สนับสนุนงานด้านเอกสารและรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องให้กับวิศวกรหรือผู้จัดการโครงการ

Deputy Chief Engineer (English or Chinese speaking)

Assist the Chief Engineer in managing and supervising engineering and technical activities for the lake-crossing bridge construction project. Review bridge design drawings, technical specifications, construction methods, and engineering calculations to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards. Provide technical support and guidance to site engineers and construction teams throughout all phases of bridge construction. Monitor and coordinate construction activities, including foundations, substructures, superstructures, beam erection, and related structural works. Ensure construction works comply with AASHTO, Thai Standards, project specifications, and engineering best practices. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement engineering solutions. Review construction progress, quality performance, and technical documentation to support project delivery. Support risk assessment, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives during project execution.

Junior Construction Method Engineer (English or Chinese speaking)

Assist in the preparation and development of construction method statements for bridge and infrastructure projects. Support the preparation of temporary structure calculations, engineering charts, tables, and technical documentation. Compile and organize construction method reports, technical submissions, and supporting documents. Prepare construction flowcharts, work procedures, and presentation materials for method statement submissions. Revise construction method statements and related documents in response to Engineer’s comments and review feedback. Collect, organize, and summarize site feedback, construction records, and technical information to support method development and continuous improvement. Coordinate with site engineers, design teams, QA/QC, HSE, and construction teams to gather technical inputs and project information. Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction sequences to ensure consistency with project requirements. Support document control and maintain records of construction method submissions, approvals, and revisions. Ensure all documentation complies with project specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable standards.

Document Control & Submission Engineer (English or Chinese speaking)

Manage technical document control activities, including document registration, coding, version control, distribution, filing, and archiving. Maintain and update submission registers, RFI registers, document transmittals, and approval-status trackers. Coordinate the submission of Method Statements, Special Method Statements, Shop Drawings, Calculation Reports, and other technical documents to clients, consultants, and engineers. Monitor and maintain approval-status registers for technical submissions and ensure timely follow-up of review comments. Manage the complete document review cycle, including submission, return, revision, resubmission, and final approval, ensuring proper closure of all comments from the Engineer. Maintain accurate records of approved and superseded documents to ensure only current revisions are used. Administer and maintain electronic document management systems (EDMS) such as Aconex, SharePoint, or equivalent platforms. Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, and project teams to ensure efficient document flow and compliance with project requirements.
