Structural Engineer (Road & Bridge) – Tender & Technical Support (ENG or CH)

Review and analyze bidding documents, including tender drawings, technical specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for road and bridge projects. Prepare Construction Method Statements and preliminary construction sequences to support technical proposals for project bidding. Perform "Constructability Reviews" of structural designs. This involves verifying design concepts against standards to identify risks, conflicts, or Value Engineering opportunities (Detailed calculation is not required, but engineering judgment is essential). Provide technical advice to the Cost Estimation team regarding material quantities, temporary works, and machinery requirements based on sound engineering principles. Review structural shop drawings and construction methods proposed by site teams to ensure feasibility and compliance with contract requirements. Participate in technical meetings with clients and consultants to clarify construction methods and engineering solutions for both domestic and international projects.

QA/QC Inspector (Civil & Bridge Construction) - English & Chinese Speaking

• Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project quality requirements. • Perform site inspections for reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, precast elements, structural works, and finishing works. • Conduct inspections in accordance with the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Project Quality Plan (PQP). • Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and construction teams. • Prepare inspection reports, Request for Inspection (RFI), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and related QA/QC documentation. • Verify material quality, material certificates, and test reports before installation. • Monitor corrective actions and ensure non-conforming work is properly resolved. • Coordinate with the laboratory team for material and concrete testing. • Support internal and external quality audits. • Ensure all inspection activities comply with project quality and safety requirements.

QS & Estimate Engineer MEP - English or Chinese speaking

Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for MEP works. Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documentation to prepare accurate cost plans. Conduct tender analysis and evaluations for MEP subcontractor packages. Manage the procurement process for MEP subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor and control project budgets, identifying and reporting any cost variances. Assess and certify subcontractor payment applications for MEP works. Prepare, submit, and negotiate variations and change orders. Support in preparing monthly cost reports and financial statements for MEP packages. Assist in the preparation and evaluation of claims, including EOT (Extension of Time) claims. Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure cost control is maintained. Maintain accurate records of project costs, including tracking of orders, invoices, and payments. Provide advice on contractual matters related to MEP packages.

Quantity Surveyor (MEP) - Data Center English or Chinese speaking

Prepare Bill of Quantities and Cost estimates, for Electrical, HVAC, Sanitary and Fire protection works. Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotations. Budget preparation and cost presentation to management. Coordinate with other departments, clients, subcontractors, engineers etc. Prepare tender and contractual documents. Assist the project team in value engineering. Prepare and submit tenders on a regular basis. Maintain suppliers / contractors lists / data bases used for estimating. Ability to read plans & tender documents. Attend estimating meetings as required. Ability to learn new computer estimating system. Ability to work either independently or as part of a group to achieve required outcomes. Understand contracts, spec & scope of works. Understand Design & Construction documents. Assessment of tender design alternatives & preparation of value engineering proposals. Prepare tender letters, bills of quantities, schedules of rates & project budgets.

Site Engineer Civil / MEP - English or Chinese Speaking

Planning Engineer/ Primavera P6 - English or Chinese Speaking

Monitor construction progress across projects, analyze deviations between actual performance and planned schedules. Implement and maintain project control systems to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Develop and maintain Master Schedule Programs using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with Critical Path Method (CPM) and resource allocation. Prepare weekly/monthly internal reports, including S-curve Cost Variance (CV), to support decision-making for Project Managers. Deliver monthly presentations to review overall project status, risks, and mitigation strategies with stakeholders. Conduct root-cause analysis for project delays and prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims under varying contractual terms and conditions. Revise weekly plans to adjust manpower/equipment resources on critical paths, ensuring alignment with milestone targets in the Master Schedule. Develop Catch-up Plans to expedite progress and coordinate execution teams for timely deliverables.

Shop Drawing Engineer (Senior/Intermediate) (English or Chinese speaking)

Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings and construction detail drawings for bridge construction projects. Manage drawing schedules, submissions, revisions, and internal technical reviews. Coordinate with design, construction, structural, geotechnical, and MEP teams to ensure drawing accuracy and constructability. Prepare detailing for segmental bridges, cast-in-situ cantilever bridges, prestressing systems, reinforcement, embedded items, and ancillary works.

จัดทำแผนการจัดซื้อและสั่งวัสดุ ประสานงานในการนำส่งวัสดุเข้าหน่วยงาน (Site) จัดทำใบส่งมอบงานรวมถึง Payment ในการตั้งเบิกผลงาน ประสานงานการจัดส่งเอกสารต่างๆ เช่น Material Approval ,Method Statement,Shop Drawing และรายงานต่างๆที่ผู้ว่าจ้างบริษัทร้องขอ ประมาณราคา และจัดทำเอกสาร BOQ จัดทำ Payment โครงการและผู้รับเหมา เช็คควมคุมต้นทุนเป็นไปตามงบประมาณที่มี จัดทำแผนการจัดซื้อและสั่งวัสดุ งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Design Engineer

ออกแบบโครงสร้างตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานวิศวกรรม วิเคราะห์และคำนวณโครงสร้างเพื่อความปลอดภัยและความถูกต้องของงาน จัดทำแบบก่อสร้าง รายการคำนวณ และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทบทวนและแก้ไขแบบก่อนนำไปใช้ในโครงการ ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่เขียนแบบ และผู้ออกแบบสาขาอื่น ๆ เช่น สถาปัตยกรรม งานระบบ และที่ปรึกษาโครงการ (Consultant) ควบคุมงาน Drawing ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นไปตามหลักวิศวกรรม ให้คำปรึกษาและรายละเอียดทางเทคนิคแก่ทีมปฏิบัติงานที่หน่วยงาน (Site)

วิศวกรโครงการ (Project Engineer)

วางแผนและควบคุมงานติดตั้ง LED Display ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานและงบประมาณที่กำหนด ติดตามความคืบหน้าของโครงการ พร้อมรายงานสถานะให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้องทราบ ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของงาน (Quality Control) และความปลอดภัยในสถานที่ทำงาน ประสานงานกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร จัดทำเอกสาร เช่น แผนงาน รายงาน และใบอนุมัติวัสดุ (Material Approval) ควบคุมและติดตามการส่งมอบงานให้ตรงตามกำหนดเวลา ติดตามอุปกรณ์และการจัดซื้อจัดหาวัสดุให้ได้ตามกำหนดเวลา จัดทำแบบรายละเอียด (Shop Drawing) และแบบก่อสร้างที่มีความถูกต้อง จัดทำเอกสาร แผนงาน แบบโครงสร้าง As-build แบบไฟฟ้า แบบ Wiring งบประมาณโครงการ จัดทำเอกสาร Handover แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในโครงการ และเสนอแนวทางการปรับปรุง
