หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

-Maintain the relationship with the developer and coordinate with daily affairs.
-Follow and update the sales price, project schedule and new project status of the assigned developer.
-Collect the marketing materials and given to the shareholders and the sales team.
-Arrange to get the real sales price and preferential policies of Thailand and foreigners before the
-negotiation of new project.
-Establish the market research work, fully grasp the market data, prices, competitive projects status, and -provide weekly and monthly reports to the management.
-Organize and keep project information and data confidential
