หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• • Design, deploy, and scale mission-critical Conversational, Generative, and Agentic AI agents using Cognigy’s platform
• • Architect multi-agent systems (planner + specialist agents) with secure tool integration and human-in-the-loop governance.
• • Ensure reliability, scalability, compliance, and observability in live enterprise environments.
• • Align AI deployments with measurable KPIs such as containment rate, cost-to-serve, CSAT, revenue impact, and operational efficiency.
• • Lead end-to-end AI agent delivery from discovery and design through POC, pilot, production rollout, and optimization.
• • Establish and refine best practices for scalable agent orchestration, evaluation, and lifecycle management.
• • Implement governance frameworks covering model performance, security, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• • Drive structured performance monitoring and iteration based on live operational data.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• • 10–15 years in enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, contact center technology, or digital transformation.
• • Proven track record delivering production-grade AI or automation solutions at scale.
• • Strong experience with enterprise integrations (CRM, CCaaS, APIs, identity systems, data platforms).
• • Experience working in regulated industries is highly preferred.
• • Demonstrated ability to engage executive stakeholders in strategic AI discussions.
• • Strong understanding of LLM architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
• • Experience designing multi-agent systems and orchestration workflows.
• • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API-based architectures.
