หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare and manage sales documents, quotations, purchase orders, and related documents for fleet customers.
• Support government bidding processes, including tender documentation and submission.
• Coordinate with dealers and internal teams on vehicle orders, wholesale schedules, and delivery status.
• Maintain sales reports, customer information, sales pipelines, and project databases.
• Prepare Dealer Appointment Letters and related approval documents.
• Assist with monthly sales reports, sales forecasts, and general administrative tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, customer activities, and other departmental operations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, sales coordination, or office support is preferred.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Experience in the automotive industry or government bidding documentation is an advantage.
