หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop product based on market trends, competitor activities, and management direction
• Conduct research, analyze data, develop go-to-market strategies and report on brand performance
• Monitor performance in every channels and initiative new product
• Collaborate with other functions to drive sales target and manage partnerships with internal/ external parties
• Appraise team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Work closely with other business functions on driving end to end execution of client projects
• Development of innovative and customer focused products to meet company’s overall strategy and different sales channels
• Analysis the insurance product market trend, competitors’ strategy or any necessary information to facilitate product proposition
• Prepare product development related materials for product launch on timely basis
• Launch New product and training about product feature to related parties
• Provided Product Information and support tools as Manual, Quotation, Application etc.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in marketing or related fields
• Good understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, competitors
• Experience or Good understanding of insurance industry is preferred
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills
• Energetic, creative, well-organized and attentive to details
