หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and maintain detailed Revit architectural models in accordance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Produce construction drawings, details, schedules, and specifications directly from the Revit model.
• Coordinate architectural BIM models with structural, MEP, and facade disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with MDMI and client BIM standards, naming conventions, and LOD requirements.
• Support design development by translating architect sketches and concepts into accurate 3D models.
• Manage drawing revisions, issue logs, and document transmittals through the project lifecycle.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to federated model reviews using Navisworks or equivalent.
• Assist with the preparation of tender, permit, and construction documentation packages.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Revit modelling within an architectural or multidisciplinary consultancy.
• High proficiency in Autodesk Revit (architectural discipline); AutoCAD skills are an advantage.
• Experience with BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks, BIM 360, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Solid understanding of architectural drawing conventions, construction details, and documentation standards.
• Familiarity with BIM standards (ISO 19650 or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, well-organised, and capable of managing multiple project deliverables simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with architects and engineers.
