บริหารและควบคุมการทำงานของทีม Sales ในด้านระบบ Enterprise System ให้เป็นไปตาม Performance และ KPI ประเมินและติดตามผลการขายของทีม รวมทั้งช่วยปิดงานให้เป็นไปตาม Performance และ KPI สรุปการประชุมรายเดือน/ราย Quarter รายโครงการ และรายงานผลการทำงานเทียบกับ Sales Target ของ ทีม Sales วางแผนงานการเพิ่มยอดขายของทีม ให้เป็นไปตาม Sales Target ต่อยอดการขายให้กับทีม และ commit การดำเนินงานของทีม บริหาร Partner ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด บริหารงานการตลาดที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด
