Project Coordinator (Contract 6 month)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Act as the main coordinator between contractors, clients (AIS/AWN), and site teams. Manage site access requests, prepare work schedules, and ensure all required project documents are completed and submitted within the required timeline.
• Responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing all project materials and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the warehouse is organized, safe, and properly managed.
• Conduct regular material inspections and reconciliation (DBA) to ensure that material usage, remaining stock, and returned materials are consistent with actual work performed and system records.
• Monitor and ensure that all assigned tasks and project activities comply with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and required quality standards.Prepare and manage all required project reports, including daily/weekly progress reports, photo documentation, and handover documents. Ensure necessary office equipment and supplies, such as printers and paper, are available to support documentation activities.
• Manage and facilitate site access permissions and coordinate transportation and logistics for tools, materials, and equipment to various installation sites.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management within the telecommunications industry; experience in solar projects will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of telecommunications standards and solar technologies.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, costs, and overall project profitability.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
