Project & Sales Manager (Vietnam Based)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Sales & Business Development
• Identify new customers and business opportunities in Vietnam.
• Conduct customer visits, business meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Build relationships with local clients, telecom operators, contractors, and business partners.
• Prepare proposals and quotations and follow up on new projects.
• 2. Project Management
• Manage telecommunications (RF/TE) and solar projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, costs, and quality.
• Ensure projects meet technical standards and local regulations.
• 3. Business & Financial Management
• Control project budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Monitor sales performance and project progress.
• Coordinate with management and internal teams in Thailand

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, sales, or business development, preferably in telecommunications or solar industries.
• Experience in the Vietnam market and local business connections is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems, RF/TE, and project management.
• Strong sales, negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and travel within Vietnam when required.
