Contact customers via phone, email, or chat to obtain additional information and supporting documentation when required

Identify discrepancies, incomplete submissions, or potential risks and escalate cases to the relevant teams when necessary

Stay updated on KYC, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and regulatory requirements relevant to the business
