Service Attendant

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Welcome guests at the table, present menus, and explain dishes, drinks, daily specials, and promotions
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly, following the service standards and sequence of service
• Check on guests throughout their visit, anticipate their needs, and recommend or upsell menu items
• Clear and reset tables promptly to keep the outlet clean and support table turnover
• Present bills and process payments accurately
• Prepare the service area before opening, including table set-up, station stocking, and equipment checks
• Handle guest requests and complaints politely, and escalate to the Supervisor when needed
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and host team to ensure smooth service
• Follow food safety, hygiene, responsible alcohol service, and health & safety standards
• Complete closing duties, and attend daily briefings and training

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel outlet with international guests
• Basic knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beverages
• Experience using restaurant POS systems
• Able to communicate in English with guests
• Additional languages (e.g. Chinese) are an advantage
