Contact potential clients as company representative (presenting our services and solution) Identity and contact new clients (recruitment services and solutions) through different channels of communication Arrange meeting with client, job briefing - profiles, specification and company details to analyze and provide proper JD to recruiters Act as liaison between client and recruiters to spend candidates and interviewing processes Assist client in quotation, documentations, background check, salary & benefits offers Ensuring the agreements correspond on the services fee, payment terms, guarantee and billing + liaise with finance team to arrange invoices and payment Providing professional support and advice in relate to client Hiring and HR Solitions Maintaining a good relationship between the company, clients as well as improving satisfaction levels Take action to achieve KPIs and Sales Target Drive communication with management to ensure compliance and policies Attend all exhibitions, client meetings, visitations, job fairs and college campuses on behalf of Elabram that assign by manager or management

Maintain good working relationship with existing clients and building new ones (80% existing) Visit and recommend products to customers to match with their needs and requirements Fulfill customer requirements on products / sales services and provide useful information on product strengths Make quotations, sales contract, documents (selling price, material code, tax, fees, discounts, etc) Implement sample product inquiry and sales process with relate department Follow up on payment processes Confirming date & time product manufacturing and delivery from overseas Meet sales target and achievements as well as report in company system
