       This phrase is a motto to unite us, the Kokotel team. We are from different professional background s, strategy, operation, architecture, etc., and different nationalities, Thai and Japanese. However, we are one team under this motto.

       Kokotel serves our guests as if we are having friends and families visiting our home. We are not a believer of conventional “server-master” relationship in the hotel industry.

       Kokotel is the team which is much more than just colleagues. Each one of us is independent and respects each other to provide best service to our guests. We are not a believer of conventional “boss- employee” relationship in the work place.
