Overall Control of day to day operation at the site of the Project. Ensuring that operation proceed in accord with agreed works programs. Preparation and revision as required (with assistance of Planning Eng.) of Works Programs, staffing Schedules and Labor requirement. Attending Site and Project meeting as Senior Project Representative of the Company. Preparing and ensuring compliance to Drawing and Material Schedules. Ensuring Materials both submitted for Approval and Installed comply with the job Specification and Contract Document/Drawings. The preparation and submission of Monthly Interim Payment Claims, and follow up as appropriate. The preparation and submission of Monthly Progress Reports to Management. Responsible for selecting required subcontractors and negotiating with them. Subcontractor agreements are to be prepared by the Contracts Manager according to terms set by the Project Manager.

Design and prepare tender documents for ME systems and related works. Control and supervision of Engineers and Junior Engineers at the project. Preparation and implementation of short and medium term installation programs. Carry out all required Design Checks in respect to the Mechanical Installation, including all required calculations. Attend Site and Project meeting as Senior Mechanical Representative of the company. Preparing and ensuring compliance to Drawing and Material Schedules. Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
