Responsible

  • Guide prospective families through the admissions process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Conduct and coordinate school tours, interviews, assessments, and follow-ups
  • Manage the OpenApply platform including data integrity, workflows, CRM campaigns, and reporting
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve inquiry-to-enrollment conversion through digital campaigns and communication
  • Maintain accurate and secure student records; oversee enrollment, re-enrollment, and resignation tracking
  • Lead Parent Orientation and support school-wide events
  • Analyze admissions data and trends to recommend improvements
  • Provide training and support on OpenApply to relevant staff
  • Develop new plans to streamline and enhance the admissions process

    Knowledge and competence qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in admissions, sales, marketing, or customer service (preferably in an international school setting)
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management and achieving sales/enrollment targets
  • Bilingual in Thai and English; Chinese is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse community
  • Strong understanding of the admissions process and customer journey
  • Proficiency in CRM and admissions platforms (e.g. OpenApply)
  • High level of organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights for strategic improvements
