หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and oversee the purchasing department and procurement operations.
• Develop purchasing strategies to control costs and maximize value.
• Source, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor purchasing costs, budgets, quality, and delivery performance.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the purchasing team.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and resolve purchasing and supplier-related issues.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of purchasing experience, with management experience.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience dealing and negotiating with international suppliers.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
