Marketing Executive / Marketing Officer (Pre-Sales)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Contact and meet customers to build relationships and identify business opportunities.
• Introduce the company, products, and Software Solutions to customers.
• Understand customers’ business needs and requirements at a preliminary level.
• Support the Sales team in solution presentations and preparing presentations or product demos.
• Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams to develop suitable solutions for customers.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to strengthen relationships and support sales opportunities.
• Prepare reports and monitor Marketing and Sales activities and results.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Female, with a pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, and confidence in communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Pre-Sales.
• Experience in Software / IT Solutions is an advantage.
• Strong interest in learning and understanding software products and solutions, with the ability to present them clearly to customers.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, coordination, and customer relationship management skills.
• Comfortable meeting customers and building strong business relationships.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
