Software Architect / System Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee the overall software architecture, system design, databases, and system integrations.
• Take over existing systems from vendors, analyze source code, and document system architecture and business logic.
• Establish coding standards, testing procedures, code reviews, and release processes.
• Analyze requirements and prepare functional and technical specifications, API documentation, and data flows.
• Identify and resolve software security vulnerabilities to meet client security requirements.
• Plan project deliverables, estimate workloads, manage risks, control project scope, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with clients, international partners, and vendors on technical requirements and system changes.
• Recruit, lead, mentor, and transfer knowledge to the in-house software development team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 7+ years of software development, including 3+ years as software architect, technical lead or lead system analyst of a production system.
• Hands-on depth in TypeScript, Node.js (NestJS or similar) and React (Next.js preferred), and any other such Go or Python backgrounds
• Proven experience taking over, stabilizing or modernizing a codebase written by another team or vendor.
• Microservices, REST/RESTful API, API gateways and message queues related to ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Strong SQL and data modelling on PostgreSQL; working knowledge of MongoDB and Oracle.
• Docker, Kubernetes and Linux in on-premise, restricted-network environments.
• Secure SDLC: OWASP Top 10, and remediating SAST/SCA/DAST findings until a client security gate is passed.
• Plans and estimates: breaks change requests into tasks, estimates effort, and runs sprint or release plans in an Agile or hybrid model under a fixed-scope contract.
• Manages vendors and partners: has run or received a handover from an outgoing vendor, reviewed deliverables against contract scope, and coordinated with an international partner.
• Manages client stakeholders: leads requirement workshops, explains technical decisions to business users, and negotiates scope and change requests.
