HR Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
• Manage employee and subcontractor contracts, including preparation, renewal, amendment, extension, and termination
• Manage and maintain employee attendance, leave, and related HR data in the HRM system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with the Accounting Department to prepare attendance and supporting documents for payroll processing, as well as HR-related expense documentation.
• Coordinate with employees, management, Project Teams, relevant departments, and government agencies on HR and labor-related matters. Other HR & Administrative Duties
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and related documentation.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Female, aged 25–35 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR or related functions.
• Knowledge of labor laws, Social Security, and other HR-related regulations.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
