Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and/or Cybersecurity roles

Proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing network infrastructure, servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Hands-on experience with cybersecurity operations, including Firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN, Endpoint Protection, SIEM, DLP, and system hardening

Knowledge of IT security standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, and Zero Trust Architecture

Strong background in backup systems, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity strategies

Experience in handling cybersecurity incidents, vulnerability assessments, and security monitoring

Familiarity with Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SCCM, and Intune

Strong understanding of network infrastructure: routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi controllers

Skill in Level 200- Level 300 knowledge of one of more of the following technology domains: Infrastructure and networking, Cyber security, Cloud Platform Azure, AWS, or Google, Office 365, Voice and communication, Firewall, Knowledge Management
