Key Accountability in managing the coffee & snack program with frequent event management & pop-up surprises: Coffee Program Management

Inventory Control : Ensuring a consistent supply of coffee and related products

Quality Assurance: Maintaining high standards for coffee preparation and presentation

Vendor Coordination: Managing relationships with coffee suppliers and service providers

Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the upkeep and functionality of coffee machines and related equipment. .Event Management with Pop-Ups

Planning and Coordination: Work together with GREWE team organizing and executing pop-up events, including logistics

Vendor Management Coordinating with external vendors for event supplies and services

Budget Management Handling the financial aspects of events, ensuring cost-effectiveness

Customer Service Providing excellent service to colleagues and guests during daily operations and also leading the service during events

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 2 - 3

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training in catering, hospitality, or food service preferred.

Proven experience in catering or food service industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Exceptional customer service and conflict-resolution skills.

Basic budgeting and cost control knowledge.

Proficient in MS Office and catering software (if applicable).
