หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Liaise, confirm, and coordinate a customer's PO (purchase order) via e-mail

Proceed with a sale contract and sale order in our in-house purchasing system and accurately input a product's code, product price, and delivery date as per each purchase order

Coordinate with other internal departments (e.g. Warehouse, Production, Technical & Freight forwarder) as necessary in order to ensure smooth delivery and that customers’ requests are addressed accurately and efficiently

Provide timely shipment updates to the customers and make sure their queries or concerns on each order/sell process are taken care of to ensure customer satisfaction as well as build and maintain good rapport with customers

Payment follow-up with the customers and coordinate with the Finance department to release the blocked sale orders, payment summaries, getting CN issued, etc.

Communicate with the Sales department or the Technical department in case of any complaints or queries from a customer

Perform the required process if there are additional orders from existing customers

Provide feedback, and improvement suggestions on the efficiency of the customer service process in order to prevent future problems

Support the Sales department in relation to sale data

Perform other duties as required or needed

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration or a related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (e.g. an Export Coordinator or A Sales Coordinator) are preferable

Good command of written and spoken English

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Emotionally stable and can politely handle the stressful conversation

Excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, ethical and a good team player
