• Carry out duties in accordance with contract or as directed by Project Manager and Team Leaders. • Liaise and coordinate with other parties regarding the project under directions of Project Manager or Team Leader. • Prepare indicative cost estimates, preliminary cost estimates, and detail cost estimates for each design phase (Cost Plan). • Participate in project meetings in connection with Value Engineering. • Prepare project Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with complete scope of works and unit rate pricing. • Prepare tender documents including Blank of Quantities (BOQ) and draft contracts condition and TOR for bidding to Contractor/Supplier. • Liaise and Co-ordinate with Designer and Contractor/Supplier regarding tender query and response during tendering process. • Liaise and assist with Client during tender bids opening, evaluation, analysis and clarification with Contractor/Subcontractor/Supplier. • Liaise and assist Client for Direct Purchase; tendering and procurement.

• To assist the Team Leader, Senior Engineer, Senior Engineering Co-ordinator, Engineer I and Engineers II in the performance of their duties. • Ensure quality and accuracy of designs following the concept designs and calculations : Environmental System (Sanitary System, Fire Protection System, etc.) • Carry out design calculations and Produce design sketches. • Prepare marked up drawings for CAD Department and Check design drawings. • Advising and reporting to Team Leader/Project Engineer on adequacy of the services and performance of his subordinates. • Visit site as required to check installation works and make reports. • Assist Project Engineer/Engineer I to prepare reports at conceptual and detail design stages. • Make effective presentations to senior engineers within the team and organization.

- Responsible for site construction management from start to finish to ensure that the project is delivered according to the agreed time, cost, quality and safety goals. - Plan the project and monitor the progress and provide periodic project reporting. - Coordinate with the owner, consultants, and local authority to obtain review and approval. - Lead the coordination meetings with contractors and suppliers and proactively resolve issues. - Establish and maintain project filing and document control system. - Handle contract administration, claim verifications, and project closeout

• To assist the Team Leader, Senior Engineer, Senior Engineering Co-ordinator, Engineer I and Engineers II in the performance of their duties. • Ensure quality and accuracy of designs following the concept designs and calculations : Electrical System (Fire Alarm, Communication, Power Supply and etc.) • Carry out design calculations and Produce design sketches. • Prepare marked up drawings for CAD Department and Check design drawings. • Advising and reporting to Team Leader/Project Engineer on adequacy of the services and performance of his subordinates. • Visit site as required to check installation works and make reports. • Assist Project Engineer/Engineer I to prepare reports at conceptual and detail design stages. • Make effective presentations to senior engineers within the team and organization.

• Carry out design calculations and produce design sketches. • Ensure quality and accuracy of designs following the concept designs and calculations: Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems, Piping Systems, Smoke Management System, and etc.. • Prepare marked up drawings for CAD Department and check design drawings. • Advising and reporting to Team Leader/Project Engineer on adequacy of the services and performance of his subordinates. • Assist Senior/Executive Engineer to prepare reports at conceptual and detail design stages. • Visit site as required to check installation works and make reports. • Make effective presentations to senior engineers within the team and organization.
