Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and generating new revenue streams. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify potential clients, develop strategies, and execute plans to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets. Use industry knowledge to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the market. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark the company’s performance. Sales Strategy & Business Expansion: Develop and implement sales strategies and outreach campaigns to expand the client base. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.Negotiate contracts, manage pricing discussions, and close deals. Networking & Relationship Management:Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to expand the company’s presence. Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients.Foster partnerships with external organizations to support growth strategies. Collaboration & Reporting:Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development activities with overall company goals.Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.Track performance and provide regular updates to senior management on progress and results. Customer Feedback & Market Trends: Gather feedback from clients and partners to help improve the company’s offerings. Stay up to date on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor developments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in business development, sales, or related fields. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Desirable Skills: Experience in Retail busniess Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online business development strategies. Fluency in English or multiple languages
