Analyze market operation data regularly, summarize marketing effects, and put forward optimization suggestions for market expansion. Take charge of the development, expansion and management of local offline sales and distribution channels. Maintain daily communication with dealers, solve channel operation problems, and promote stable growth of regional sales volume. Responsible for local brand building, brand publicity and market popularization work to improve brand awareness and market reputation in the local industry. Plan, organize and participate in industry exhibitions, product roadshows and commercial promotion activities, complete on-site customer development and business docking. Responsible for the recruitment, training, daily arrangement and performance management of marketing team staff. Guide team members to carry out market development, customer follow-up and promotion work, supervise team work progress, and ensure the completion of team marketing and sales targets.
