• Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase Brand Awareness and generate Qualified Leads for B2B software products.
• AI-Powered Content Creation: Utilize AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL-E) to generate high-quality visual and written content for social media, blogs, and marketing collateral, ensuring innovation while maintaining brand consistency.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence on key platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), creating engaging content that showcases customer success stories and industry insights.
• SEO/SEM & Paid Media: Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads) and optimize website content (SEO) to maximize ROI and minimize Cost Per Lead (CPL).
• Performance Analysis: Monitor campaigns using Google Analytics and other tools. Provide data-driven reports with actionable insights to optimize performance.
• Event Strategy: Research and identify key trade shows, exhibitions, and industry seminars in Thailand and Southeast Asia to expand market reach.
• End-to-End Execution: Manage all aspects of event logistics, including booth design, vendor coordination, budget management, and on-site supervision.
• Thought Leadership Events: Organize proprietary events such as webinars, workshops, and seminars to educate the market on Distribution Management Systems (DMS) and software solutions.
• Lead Generation and Business Development: Implement strategies to capture leads during events and coordinate with the Sales team for effective post-event follow-up.
• Brand Positioning: Collaborate with sales and product teams to create targeted messages that resonate with manufacturers and distributors.
• Partnership Opportunities: Identify speaking opportunities and partnerships with industry associations to strengthen the company's authority in the market.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a marketing, PR, or related role, preferably in B2B software, technology, or the IT industry.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing digital campaigns and executing events.
• Platform Expertise: Expert proficiency in utilizing and analyzing results from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook/LinkedIn Ad Manager.
• AI Content Tools: Hands-on experience using AI Content Generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.).
• Search Engine Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and best practices.
• Design Tools: Familiarity with graphic design tools (such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Project Management: Detail-oriented, with the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (Multitasking) and work effectively under pressure.
