• Project Planning: Define project objectives, scope, and work plans for software projects. Prepare workflow systems and progress tracking mechanisms to ensure consistent project advancement.
• Team Management: Lead the software development team and related stakeholders to collaborate effectively. Foster a productive team environment, ensure the right skills are in place, and support the development process
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report project progress to management and stakeholders. Address and resolve issues and obstacles that may arise, ensuring the project stays on track.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and expenses according to project scope and requirements.
• Communication: Maintain transparent and efficient communication channels between the development team, relevant departments, and management. Ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
• Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate team and project performance to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement. Continuously strive for process optimization.
