About the role



Condato Asia Co., Ltd., a leading supplier of home lifts from Sweden, is seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. This is a full-time position based in the vibrant district of Bang Na, Bangkok.

What you'll be doing

1. Actively engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and challenges


2. Collaborate with the technical team to develop and present customized solutions that address client needs


3. Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, ensuring a seamless sales process


4. Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support


5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's client base


6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor offerings


7. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

1. Relevant degree in engineering, sales, or a related field


2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role


3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in Thai and English


4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand complex technical requirements


5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams


6. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delighting clients


7. Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
