Responsible

• Manage and oversee full-cycle HR operations (HR Full Function) in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Provide professional support and consultation to both Thai and expatriate employees on benefits, welfare, company regulations, and employee relations.
• Handle payroll operations, including salary, overtime, bonus, and benefits calculations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Manage and coordinate visa, work permit, and related documentation for foreign employees, including liaison with relevant government authorities.
• Administer social security, group insurance, medical check-ups, and employee welfare programs consistently and effectively.
• Plan and execute recruitment activities aligned with organizational needs, from job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, to job offers and onboarding.
• Repare, review, and maintain HR documentation such as employment contracts, official letters, employee records, and related documents.
• Manage internal communications, including preparing and distributing emails, announcements, and official documents in both Thai and English.
• Provide HR guidance to management and supervisors on employee relations and workforce management matters.
• Monitor and ensure HR operations comply with company policies and regulations.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in HR, with the ability to manage full-cycle HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and related regulations.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written (for communication with foreign employees and email correspondence).
• Professional personality with strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
