Responsible

Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Inspect products before delivery
Handle customer phone calls, emails, and Line messages in both Thai and English
Communicate and coordinate with the team
Schedule employees’ daily tasks
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Able to design visuals using Canva (Only 1-2times / month)
