Responsible

  • Provides assistance to new Affiliates with respect to the Account Opening Process.
  • Provision of information to Affiliates with respect to the Affiliate website, promotions, and products.
  • Approves Affiliate accounts after the Prospective Affiliate has undergone through the Affiliate Acceptance Procedure and the Affiliate Due Diligence and verification of identity procedures which the Company has in place and the Company has decided that it will proceed with forming a business relationship with a Prospective Affiliate (More details on the procedures followed by the Company at this stage can be found in the Affiliate Policy of the Company).
  • Manages emails/chats from affiliates, respond promptly and resolve queries accordingly.
  • Communicates information and guidelines to Prospective and existing Affiliates provided in the Marketing Policy and Affiliates Branding and Messaging Guide of the Company and to assist them regarding their promotional and marketing online presence.
  • Communicates and coordinate issues with other departments.
  • Monitors Affiliates to ensure whether they are active or inactive, inform the relevant departments and take appropriate actions where needed.
  • Conducts regular spot checks on existing Affiliate websites to ensure accurate Company information, informs relevant departments to take appropriate actions where applicable.
  • Maintain regular communication, provide updates, offer support, and address any issues.
  • Provides information to all Affiliates with respect to any changes in their Affiliate Agreement and/or any updates that might concern them.
  • Carries out investigations with respect to the activity of Affiliates to ensure that no fraudulent actions are committed, inform the relevant departments in order to take appropriate actions.
  • Provides information with respect to new processes, initiatives, and procedures to any concerned departments.
  • Carries out any further duties assigned by their Line Manager
  • Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment
