• Handle inbound customer calls and emails related to after-sales service.
• Assist customers with post-purchase issues, including product and software concerns.
• Offer knowledgeable guidance and support to address customer inquiries.
• Document customer interactions and solutions provided to ensure accurate records.
• Collaborate with teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
