Responsible

  • Coordinate and track all building maintenance requests, including repairs, cleaning, and landscaping.
  • Liaise with maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships for building-related services.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Maintain records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs.
  • Assist in the planning and allocation of office space, including seating arrangements and departmental layouts.
  • Manage office moves, relocations, and internal space adjustments.
  • Administer and manage building access systems (e.g., key cards, security codes).
  • Monitor and manage utility consumption (electricity, water, etc.) and identify opportunities for efficiency.
  • Coordinate with service providers for cleaning, waste management, and other building-related services.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of building-related projects, such as renovations or upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local laws, regulations, and building codes in Bangkok.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related field.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
