  • Support the recruitment and hiring processes to ensure candidates meet the company’s qualifications.
  • Coordinate with clients and relevant departments; accurately prepare and manage assigned documents.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with various tasks as assigned.

More qualification

  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Proficiency in Chinese; candidates with HSK Level 5 or 6 will be given special consideration.
  • Strong English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing will be an added advantage.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles is preferred (however, new graduates with strong Chinese language skills are also encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Creative, adaptable, and eager to continuously learn and improve.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on one’s feet.
