Responsible

• Produce short-form content for TikTok / Instagram Reels / Facebook (product shots, feeding reactions, unboxing, lifestyle pet content)
• Edit videos, add subtitles, music, simple text overlays and export to multi-platform format
• Write short captions, hashtags and simple CTA copy suitable for each platform
• Schedule and publish posts based on weekly content calendar – ensure consistent posting frequency
• Study trending topics / viral benchmarks on TikTok & IG, and replicate style/angle for pet food content
• Take care of basic content data tracking (views, completion rate, comments, saves) and report which videos perform the best each week
• Manage photo/video raw material library and keep them organized for future re-editing and re-posting
• Reply comments / engage with followers (optional depending on workload) and help drive DM inquiries to brand page or marketplace link

More qualification

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok / Instagram / Facebook), including Reels/Shorts algorithm behavior, trending content, and hashtag strategy
• Basic video editing skills (cut clips, add subtitle, add music, add simple text overlays)
• Good sense of visual storytelling – knows how to capture emotional moment of pets
• Able to search reference content and replicate trending content styles
• Responsible, proactive, self-driven, and able to deliver high frequency content output every week
• Able to communicate in Thai (main working language), basic English/Chinese is a plus but not required
