Responsible

• Support financial operations and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring actual vs. budget performance.
• Support and coordinate finance operations (Domestic & International) including payment processing, receipts control and financial procedures.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and cost analysis. Maintain and review accounting records, including AR/AP, GL, and asset registers.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and handle BOI-related tasks.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review expenses and provide insights to improve financial efficiency.
• Support tax document preparation (VAT, WHT, corporate tax) and filing schedules. Ensure proper internal controls and compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist with airline-related financial tasks such as flight operation costs, aircraft expenses, and charter costs.

More qualification

• 2–4 years of experience in finance/accounting within the aviation industry.
• Experience in aviation, charter flight, or air ambulance is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of airline finance, cost structures, and accounting processes.
• Knowledge of BOI requirements and related documentation.
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Good knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Pleasant personality with excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
• Residence near Don Mueang International Airport or convenient access to the office is preferred.
