Responsible

- Inspecting of incoming and outgoing goods
- Updating data of receiving, invoicing, return, transfer into systems (Oracle, SAP)
- Reporting return in case of damaged goods
- Validating billing incoming, outgoing and balanced goods in each hubs
- Coordinating with forwarders in order to receiving goods in-out-return-transfer
- Handling of total goods in-out-balanced reports and reporting to clients clients by daily, weekly, monthly and every 3 months
- Any assignments as per requested

More qualification

- Bachelor degree in Business Chinese or equivalent experience required

- Good command of English (speaking and writing) and Chinese Mandarin speaking is a must
- Be able to use of MS Office, e-mail and other technical systems; Oracle, SAP, EMT, DLS, WMS
