Responsible

  • Drive strategic objectives through trained and motivated operational teams to deliver cost-effective, high-quality services, maintain and grow a profitable business, and ensure effective working relationships with specialist functions and other divisions to support the company and wider Group’s growth.
  • This role will provide strategic leadership in the delivery of Total Facilities Services in Thailand’s rapidly expanding market, build on the company’s strengths, reputation, values, and capabilities to develop world-class soft services while exploring sales opportunities in engineering.

More qualification

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, facility management, engineering, or related fields.
  • Currently be working in an equivalent role within integrated facilities services delivery.
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on business development experience and skills – ideally in a B2B high volume service sector.
  • Possess knowledge of business operations.
  • Able to oversee and manage a large operation through effective delegation and establishment of standards and controls.
  • Experience of P&L responsibility, including production of forecasts and budgets.
  • Understand the benefits of customer satisfaction and account management.
  • Strong analytic, problem solving, decision-making, negotiation and leadership skills.
