Responsible

1.Record user requests received via telephone call, email etc.
2.Handling installation and configuration of all operating system and all application software on Server/Client workstations.
3.Provide day to day technical support to users in IT troubleshooting and computer issues resolution.
4.Control and maintain as necessary the security systems, Data Center Room Distribution, Air Conditioning, environmental monitoring.
5.Follow-up and ensure ticket is created, updated, resolve within SLA.
6.Provide hardware and software training to users when necessary.
7.Handling monthly reports.
8.Perform tasks as assigned.

More qualification

1. Male/Female with Thai nationality, not over 26 years old (Male must be exempt from military service).
2. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology, MIS or any related.
3. Having experiences in IT support or helpdesk or System Admin for 1 years.
4. Good understanding of overall IT Infrastructure.
5. Have good knowledge in Network (LAN/WAN) troubleshooting/Operation System (Window Client, Linux, Vmware, OS400, Hyper-V, Xen Server, PABX, VoIP,ISDN, RAS, Citrix System Technologies) configuration and troubleshooting/Security solution and appliance configuration and troubleshooting/Internet services configuration and troubleshooting.
6. Have good knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory is an advantage.
7. Knowledge of the COBIT/ITIL control framework and ISO/IEC 27001.
8. Proactive thinking with a 'can do' attitude, Strong problem solving. Service mind, and able to under high - pressure.
9. Good interpersonal skill and be able to coordinate with other teams and clients.
10. Able To work as day or night shift / Able to work in up-country temporary.
