• Phone Systems: Basic Support for analog phones, smartphones, and iPads
• CCTV Basic support
• Server Basic support (escalation to vendor for high-level issues)
• UPS Basic support (open case for high-level issues)
• Network Basic LAN and Wi-Fi support (escalation to vendor for high-level issues)
• Support Language: English – basic, Thai – good
