Supervise and oversee daily store operations.

Introduce and recommend jewelry products, including diamonds, gold, and gemstones under international brands, and actively propose sales.

Maintain a clean and organized sales area to ensure readiness for welcoming customers at all times.

Manage and monitor stock accuracy, ensuring products are ready for sales display.

Review and refresh product knowledge and sales techniques daily while awaiting product setup.

Explore and implement strategies to drive sales across all channels, including in-store and online, while building connections to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree - Master's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 2 - 5

Knowledge and competence qualifications

High school diploma (Grade 12) to Bachelor’s degree

Language proficiency: English or Chinese

Pleasant personality, strong interpersonal skills, service-minded, and passionate about sales

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in jewelry sales

Previous experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager is preferred

Ability to work well under pressure

Flexible to work according to mall opening and closing hours
