Responsible

Production Equipment Maintenance.Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment including:Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer, Mixing Tank, Filling Machine,Capping Machine, Labeling Machine, Sealing Machine, Automatic Packing Line.

Preventive Maintenance.Perform preventive maintenance according to maintenance schedule, inspect critical components, and replace worn parts.Ensure stable operation of equipment and minimize downtime.

Equipment Installation & Commissioning.Assist in installation, commissioning, and improvement of production equipment and production lines.

Utility Equipment Maintenance.Maintain factory utility systems such as: Air Compressor,Chiller,Vacuum Pump,RO / Purified Water System,Steam Generator.

Troubleshooting & Documentation.Record equipment breakdowns, analyze root causes, and maintain maintenance records.

Production Support.Provide technical support during production and perform quick repairs when necessary.

Safety & Compliance.Follow factory safety regulations and comply with GMP / ISO 22716 requirements.

Mechanical repair skills

Pneumatic system maintenance

Basic electrical troubleshooting

Ability to use maintenance tools

At least 2 years experience in equipment maintenance in manufacturing industry

Experience in the following industries preferred: Cosmetics Manufacturing, Food Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Major in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Equipment
