Responsible for end-to-end local delivery and operation set-up for excellence warehouse management (Owned warehouse).

Responsible for end-to-end operation process from warehouse to stores (B2B) and to end customers (B2C).

To ensure all operation KPIs/Tracking are within the SLA from Inbound to Outbound as well as inventory control.

Ensure logistics transportation arrangement and quality of the deliveries are in compliance within aligned specs.

Responsible for return flow from end customers to the warehouse until receiving in stocks.

Responsible for warehouse operators and admins growth and efficiency in the warehouse.

Work closely with the Demand team to ensure all SO created deliver on time in full at stores.

Work closely with Supply team to perform an inbound planning as per SLA committed.

Responsible for manpower planning to cover all warehouse activities.

Work with the management team to design/implement tools or processes to improve warehouse productivity.

Good in communication and like to negotiate
