Responsible

Provide translation and interpretation between Thai and Vietnamese during meetings.

Translate internal documents, project materials, and communications.

Support effective communication between the Thailand team and regional teams.

Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project progress.

Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports.

Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare meeting agendas.

Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

Provide administrative support to the General Manager.
