Responsible

Focus on exhibitor acquisition by developing and executing effective sales strategies for B2B exhibitions.

Engage with both local Thai clients and regional/international businesses to secure exhibitor participation.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to achieve sales targets.

Work collaboratively with the marketing and operations teams to deliver exhibitor satisfaction and event success.

Maintain relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting new business opportunities.

Provide sales performance reports and market feedback to management.

Occasionally travel within Thailand or regionally for client visits and business development.

Contribute to the long-term growth of the sales team; high-performing candidates may have the opportunity to manage a sales team in the future.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.

At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in exhibitions, conferences, or B2B industries.

Strong track record in sales and business development with proven results.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Intermediate level of English (spoken and written); higher proficiency is a plus.

Experience working with both local and international clients is highly preferred.
