Knowledge and competence qualifications

Lead the new model trial production to mass production

Connect with EPM, collect Team members, and assist in the Kick off/NPBI meeting

Receive trial production requirements, make plans, and hold pre-production meetings

schedule work orders to PMC before production, confirm the "people/machine/material/method" status, and ensure normal line opening

Coordinate PE/IE/EE during production, cooperate with trial production & handle abnormalities, and ship on time

Collect post-production reports, hold Review Meetings, and track MIL improvement status (NPI weekly meetings)

Hold Safe Lunch meetings, lead Ramp up, and transfer to mass production when RTY/HUP meets standards

Trial production verification of mass production models -Safety/material verification

ECR changes & introduction status tracking

Mass production model BOM/material changes
