Responsible

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of various consumer touchpoints within the ownership cycle, with a focus on maximizing customer lifetime value.
  • Lead efforts to drive increased engagement through the reduction of app churn rates and the implementation of strategies to increase repurchase rates.
  • Identify opportunities for in-app acquisition and retention, and drive digital marketing campaigns to grow customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer journeys and leverage data insights and analytics to enhance segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Elevate lifecycle marketing efforts through the implementation of segment- and trigger-based communication tests and promotional strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing and leverage analytics to optimize funnels, lower customer acquisition costs, and increase repurchase rates.
  • Implement segmentation, targeting, and personalization tactics to improve response and conversion rates across digital touchpoints.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to drive personalization initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle.

    Knowledge and competence qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience for 3-5 years in customer lifecycle management, CRM retention, or digital marketing, preferably within the fitness industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and marketing ROI analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing platforms.
  • A passion for fitness and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the fitness industry is a plus.
