Responsible

  • Prepare documentation to coordinate with both internal and external parties regarding the reimbursement of various employee welfare expenses.
  • Process social security registrations and terminations, summarize monthly contributions, and submit payments in accordance with relevant regulations.
  • Review and calculate employee leave records, tardiness, overtime, allowances, and other benefits on a monthly basis to support accurate payroll and benefits processing as per company policies.
  • Process monthly payroll, including employee earnings and deductions, and submit withholding tax payments accordingly.
  • Prepare employment certificates, payslips, and other HR-related documents, and present them for managerial approval.
  • Compile reports summarizing wages, compensation, payroll expenses, and employee benefits, including personal income tax summaries for the accounting department.
  • Maintain, monitor, and update employee personnel files and records in the HR system, including entering, modifying, or updating employee information based on employment events.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and statutory requirements (e.g., social security, provident fund, withholding tax

    Knowledge and competence qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR-Payroll (Compensation & Benefits )
  • Knowledge and understanding of labor laws, social security systems, personal income tax and statutory employee benefits are required
  • Provide support for special welfare and benefit programs offered by the company to employees
  • Proficiency in using the Tiger Soft program will be considered an advantage
